Types of Data Collected
The Data Controller does not provide a list of the types of Personal Data collected.
Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically during the use of this Application.
All the Data requested by this Application is mandatory and, in the absence of its provision, it may be impossible for this Application to provide the service. In cases where this Application indicates some Data as optional, Users are free to refrain from communicating such Data, without this having any consequence on the availability of the service or its operation.
Users who have doubts about which Data is mandatory are encouraged to contact the Data Controller.
The User assumes the responsibilities for Personal Data of third parties he/she obtains and publishes or shares through the Application, and guarantees that he/she has the right to disclose or disseminate such data, releasing the Data Controller from any liability to third parties.
Methods and location of the Collected Data’s processing
The Data Controller processes Users’ Personal Data using suitable security tools to protect against the unauthorised access, distribution, modification, or destruction of Personal Data.
The processing is carried out using IT tools and/or computer telecommunications, within organisational procedures and on the basis of principles strictly related and limited to the purposes stated. In addition to the Data Controller, in certain cases other parties involved in the organisation of the site may have access to the Data (administrative, sales, legal staff and system administrators) or appointed external categories (such as third-party technical service providers, mail couriers, hosting providers, IT companies and communication agencies) which can, if necessary, be appointed by the Data Controller to handle the Personal Data. The updated list of Data Handlers can be requested from the Data Controller.
Personal Data is processed at the Data Controller’s operational headquarters and in any other location where those involved in the processing are to be found. For further information, please contact the Data Controller.
The Data is processed for the period necessary to provide the User with services, or for the time required for the purposes described in this document, and the User can always request that the Processing is discontinued or the Data is deleted.
Additional information on processing
The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller for defence in court or in the stages leading up to possible legal action, against improper use by the User of this Application or related services.
The User declares to be aware that the Data Controller may be required to disclose information if requested by the public authorities.
System log and maintenance
This Application and any third-party services used by it may collect system Logs, which are files that record interactions and may also contain Personal Data, such as the User IP address, for operational and maintenance purposes.
Information not contained in this policy
Further information from the Data Controller may be requested at any time in relation to the processing of Personal Data using the contact information.
The subjects providing the Personal Data have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of its existence from the Data Controller, to learn its content and origin, check its accuracy or request its integration, deletion, updating, correction, conversion into anonymous form or block any Personal Data in violation of the law, as well as oppose the processing, in any case, for legitimate reasons. Such requests should be addressed to the Data Controller. This Application does not support “Do Not Track” requests.

Definitions and legal references
Personal Data (or Data)
Personal data is any piece of information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, even indirectly, through reference to any other information, including a personal ID number.
These are personal data collected automatically through the Application (or by third-party applications that it uses), including: IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users to connect to the Application, Uniform Resource Identifiers (URIs), time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in reply, numerical code indicating status response from the server (successful, error, etc.), country of origin, characteristics of the User’s browser and operating system, various temporal aspects of the visit (for example, time spent on each page) and details of the path followed within the Application, with particular reference to the sequence of pages visited, parameters related to the User’s operating system and IT environment.
The individual who uses this Application, which must coincide with the interested party or be approved by them, and whose Personal Data is being processed.
